Terms of Service

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit and required documentation. For Umrah packages, a deposit of ₹5,000 per person is required, which is fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to departure.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering non-refundable airline and hotel costs:

• 30+ days before departure: 100% refund of deposit.
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of total package cost.
• Less than 15 days: Non-refundable due to pre-paid logistics.

Note: Visa fees once processed are non-refundable as per Saudi government policy.

Pilgrims are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and valid documentation (Passports must have 6+ months validity).
• Adhering to the group schedule and instructions provided by our guides.
• Maintaining appropriate conduct during the pilgrimage.

Noor Path Travel (HGO-4892) acts as an intermediary between pilgrims and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport). While we ensure the highest quality of service, we are not liable for delays or changes caused by government policy, weather, or carrier schedules.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
